General
How do I book a class?
Head over to our registration page and then schedule for the class of your choosing. You will need to have a Mindbody account in order to register for class. When you arrive at Dimension Fitness for your class, you’ll fill out some quick paperwork. Then we’ll give you a tour of our facility.
Acommodations
We have a filtered water cooler available in the studio for you to refill your water bottle. We have a lounge where you can wait for your class to begin, stretch out after class or just enjoy some coffee and conversation with friends. Please bring your belongings into the studio during your class and store in provided cubbies.
Our studio is outfitted with 6 45mm poles (4 are chrome and 2 are stainless steel) all of which are competition height and spaced. Our studio is also outfitted with 5 rig points that are utilized for aerial silks, Lyra, hammock, and flying pole.
Parking
Free, off street parking is available in our lot in front of the building.
I’m nervous! I don’t have any experience! What if I’m not strong enough?
ALL of our classes are designed to accommodate your current skill and fitness level. If you are a beginner, you will start at the very beginning of the program along with other students that are at a similar experience level as yourself. No prior experience is required and our classes are for students of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. Our studio environment and philosophy is based upon positivity, encouragement and most of all having fun while getting an incredible workout. Our goal is to have you leaving the studio feeling confident, empowered and super excited to return!
Am I too old to take an aerial class?
No! We cannot emphasize this enough. People of all ages love the benefits of aerial dance. Aerial pole, silks, Lyra, and hammock focuses on strength building exercises that are incredible for maintaining bone structure. Every student is encouraged to learn at his or her own pace. The most important thing is to have fun and reap the benefits of the highly effective workout that aerial fitness offers.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before your class start time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before class you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10. If you cancel within 2 hours of class you will be charged $15. If you no show to class you will be charged for the class plus a $20 no show fee.
Can I book a party online?
No, but if you click the parties tab it will direct you to a form to fill out and request your day and time or you may contact us at info@dimension.fitness to schedule your date.
Can I bring a friend or family member to watch my class?
No. In order to protect the privacy of all students, we do not allow visitors to watch class unless you are the parent of a child under the age of 16.
How many people are allowed to be in a semi-private lesson?
Semi-privates are made up of 4 or less students. Any more than that and your group will need to book through one of our party packages.
Is there anything else I should know before my first aerial fitness class?
No jewelry policy: Jewelry should not be worn in any of our classes as they can cause damage to the equipment or cause injury to you.
Pole
What should I wear for Pole?
Most beginner students feel comfortable wearing shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. We recommend having at least your calves exposed to allow better grip on the pole, although shorts that allow knee exposure is preferred. As you progress, you will want to wear shorts to allow for climbing. Please do not wear lotion before class as it will impact your ability to grip. Class is held barefoot, unless otherwise indicated. All jewelry on the hands and wrists must be removed prior to class.
Is Intro to Pole required?
Yes, we ask that all students new to our studio take Intro to Pole, where you will learn the basics of pole fitness. If you have previous pole experience you may contact us at info@dimension.fitness or via DM on Facebook or Instagram to be assessed and placed in your appropriate level. If you sign up for class without intro or prior approval you will be removed from the class.
What will happen in the class?
When you arrive at Dimension Fitness, you’ll fill out some quick paperwork. Then we’ll give you a tour of our facility. Class will begin with a short warm-up. You’ll then learn lots of tricks and spins on the pole! Class will end sequencing a number of the moves you learned together into a fun combo before a cool-down.
Lyra/Aerial Hoop
What should I wear for Lyra?
We recommend wearing leggings or long pants that cover the back of your knees. A tank top or t-shirt is appropriate for this class. Class is held barefoot. All jewelry on hands and wrists must be removed prior to class.
Is Intro to Lyra required?
Yes, we ask that all students new to our studio take Intro to Aerial Hoop, where you will learn the basics of aerial hoop. If you have previous lyra experience you may contact us at info@dimension.fitness or via DM on Facebook or Instagram to be assessed and placed in your appropriate level. If you sign up for class without intro or prior approval you will be removed from the class.

Silks
What should I wear for Silks?

What will happen in the class?
Students in beginning silks will spend a lot of time just learning to climb the silks, and perform basic holds on feet, hips and hands. You’ll learn how the silks behave, and how to control them.
Intermediate and advanced students will learn more complicated drops and creative positions, as well as work though exercises to build endurance, discover new movements and build skills into routines.
