pole Dancing/Fitness

Pole Fitness is an extension of pole dancing that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength.

Classes:

Intro to Pole Series - Level 1: Perfect for those who are new to pole fitness and want to see what it’s all about. This Intro series will teach you basic moves like climbs and spins.  You won’t only have a great time but you will get an amazing cardio and strength training full-body work out. Must complete intro series before signing up for level 2 classes.

Pants On Dance On: This class is offered to all level pole students as a way to focus on transitions, dance movements, and combos that don't require leg grip. Get moving with leggings or leg warmers and socks on.

Liquid Motion: Liquid Motion is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movements, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this class students will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion to build a foundation for floor work and walk work.

Pole — Level 2: For those who have already taken Intro to Pole and are ready to take it to the next level. You will be learning more advanced climbs, spins, transitions, floor work and how to move smoothly around the pole.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole or have instructor approval to register for this class. 

Pole — Level 3&4: If you and your instructor are comfortable with your Level 2 progress, we are ready to take you to the next level of strength and grace. In these classes we raise the bar with more advanced holds and spins, also teaching inversions and advanced transitions. You will feel difference in your flexibility and endurance!

Sexy Pole: In this class you will be taught a dance designed to improve fluidity in pole dance and to add a certain level of sizzle to your style. This sexy routine will include spins, transitional moves and floor-work. You will learn the little details that turn a routine into a beautifully sexy dance, helping to build confidence in your pole skills. High heels are allowed, but not required. Prerequisite: Intro to Pole and at least one Level 2 Spins and Tricks class.

Sexy Pole — Level 3/4: This is just like our Sexy Pole class, but is specifically for members that are in the Intermediate or Advanced levels.

Stripper Style: Stripper Style focuses less on trending tricks, and more on engagement, entertainment, and pure sexuality. It can be sultry and sensual, or bangin’ and hardcore, bringing something that invites the audience in. Bring your favorite heels and your tiniest bottoms!

Lyra (aerial hoop)

Lyra, also called aerial hoop, is a metal circle suspended in the air from which students will hang, sit and maneuver into beautiful poses and transitions.The aerial hoop is like a playground of possibility and movement...it swings and spins and circles while you move from pose to pose in, on, under and above the apparatus. Students build strength, body control, and flexibility with each class through fun and challenging movements on the lyra.

Classes:

Lyra Intro Series- Level 1: Students build strength, body control, and flexibility with each class through fun and challenging movements on the lyra. Must complete Intro series and have instructor approval to take level 2 classes.

Lyra — Levels 2 + 3:  Levels 2 and 3 build on a student's skills and interest, incorporating more challenging poses, transitions and sequences on the hoop.

 
 

silks

Silks are two long pieces of soft fabric that hang from a single point. Students will learn basic climbs, locks, hangs, inversions and wraps with an emphasis on safety and proper technique. Sophisticated and elegant, the combination of strength, flexibility and artistry will get you floating on air while toning the entire body. 

Classes:

Silks Intro Series- Level 1: Students will learn basic climbs, locks, hangs, inversions and wraps with an emphasis on safety and proper technique.  Must complete intro series and have instructor approval before moving up to Level 2

Silks — Level 2/3: Intermediate and advanced students will learn more complicated drops and creative positions, as well as work though exercises to build endurance, discover new movements and build skills into routines.
